SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) excluding bank holidays via Royal Mail. Custom designs are dispatched in 7-10 working days.  If you require your order sooner, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to see if we can assist.

Royal Mail: We offer 1st class, Tracked and next day (from dispatch) postal options, selectable during checkout. During postal strike action, Royal Mail does not guarantee any arrival times and will not allow claims for delayed post. Please consider these delays when ordering. We will continue to process orders as normal during strike action.

International orders: Are dispatched via Royal Mail International postal service and can typically arrive in a few weeks. Please allow suffice time for customs clearance. We strictly hold no responsibility for delays. These orders may be subject to further customs charges for which we strictly hold no liability.

We strictly accept no responsibility for postal delays or lost packages for non tracked items.

In order to track the safe arrival of your order, we encourage the use of 'tracked' delivery, as this will allow us to track arrival of your order and if required place a claim against Royal Mail.

HAZARD

With the exception of our edible products (please see description for specific instructions) None of the products we sell are designed to be used as toys and aren’t suitable for small children as they may present a chocking hazard. Please keep items, especially those with small parts away from small children. 

DESIGNS 

A number of fonts are clearly shown on our website within the product description for existing designs for you to select from. Where you do not request a specific font or design, we will use one we feel is appropriate. We will not be responsible if you are not happy with the font and or design as options are available to you to pre- select from.

Custom orders will be sent to you for approval before cutting 

RETURNS

For non-customised orders, we accept returns within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us PRIOR to returning items for a returns number. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. 

Once your goods are received, inspected and accepted, we will use a credit note, redeemable against future order(s)

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any customised orders.

In the event we make an error in your order, we will offer a refund or replacement. In the event you make an error and we have made as requested, we accept no responsibility.

Due to the high number of orders we handle, our system automatically generates postal labels from the address information you enter when ordering. In the event you make an error in your postal address and your order is sent to the incorrect location we accept no responsibility. If the item is returned to us via Royal Mail, we will forward to the correct address, subject to you covering additional postage fees

CANCELLING ORDERS

We strictly reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders without explanation 

You may request a cancellation of your order within 5 working hours of placement (strictly on the basis your order hasn’t been cut, dispatched and no design has commenced. In addition, if we have purchased stock/ supplies to fulfill your order, then we will not be able to cancel. Once cancelled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 working days for clearing 

Our dispatch times are clearly listed on our social pages and website. Please note these before placing orders 

FAULTY GOODS

We take great care to package your order to ensure your items are delivered undamaged. However, in the event your items are damaged in transit, we will aim to dispatch a replacement free of charge within 3 business days. This will be sent using the same postal service in which you originally purchased.
